With this new single, the Safariways project takes you on a sonic journey where tropical warmth meets metropolitan elegance. “Safariways” reinvents bossa nova, infusing it with a modern twist and enveloping sensuality. At the center of it all, a beautiful and velvety voice (Camilla Noci) guides you through nocturnal landscapes, telling stories of passion and melancholy. The sinuous melodies of the vocals intertwine with the delicate touch of acoustic guitars, while the precise rhythms of bass and drums create an irresistible groove. Electronic music treatments, such as ethereal synths and minimal beats, add a dreamy and contemporary atmosphere. The result is a sound perfect for those warm evenings, when the air is thick with exotic scents and the moon reflects on the ocean. Ideal for long walks on the sand at sunset, ‘Tropicalia Notturna’ is the soundtrack to a daydream, an invitation to be carried away by a wave of pure emotion and style.

The lyrics describe a deep sense of sadness and loneliness, caused by the absence of a loved one, which makes the world stop and the joy fade. The narrator begs his beloved to return, as only her arrival can make the pain disappear and make the world turn again. When the person returns, everything is transformed: the world is enchanted and everyone celebrates their reunion. The song is an ode to love that heals the heart, inspires passion, and brings irrepressible joy. Ultimately, it is a desire to remain united forever, united by this love song.
